When she is not working she can be found walking trails with Gertie, traveling as much as possible, and spending ample time with the people that matter most in her life.
Sessions with me are personal, conversational, and relaxed. I am here to offer you a safe, nonjudgemental, open place to process your thoughts and emotions so you can reflect and make choices that support your growth.
About therapy with Jenna
-
I’m big on introducing holistic techniques that bring our mind and body together.
Awareness is key! I emphasize the importance of being aware and present with our thoughts, rather than making them go away.
I also bring in practical tools such as mindfulness meditation, essential oils, and movement to help you manage your mind on a day-to-day basis.

CBT is an evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through weekly sessions, we work together to identify barriers and develop strategies to change them. I'll be there to guide you and provide support every step of the way.
One of the things I love about CBT is its versatility. It can be used to treat a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, and substance abuse. It can also be used to help manage chronic pain and improve sleep.
Through the use of CBT techniques such as cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, and behavioral activation, I help my clients develop the skills they need to manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

An advanced brain-body therapy that focuses on identifying, processing, and releasing trauma, imbalances and residual emotional stress.
Meet Gertie!
She is my informal “therapy pup” who usually hangs out with us during virtual sessions.
Overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed a lot of the time?
Struggling with self-esteem and self-image?
Feel like your thoughts and emotions are interfering with your ability to focus or maintain relationships?
What I Do
Life throws us curveballs.
Having that place where you can go talk and feel safe is so important — someone completely unbiased who can be an outside perspective.
Therapy can be a nonjudgmental place to release your thoughts where no one else can hear them.
This way you can choose your thoughts, feel more empowered and become more confident in your next steps.
I’m here to help you celebrate the wins, soothe the losses, and navigate the challenges of life’s ups and downs.
Your time is precious, and your mental health is worth prioritizing.
